Attire and What to Wear

It is very important that a dancer has the right tools to do their best. Appropriate dress and shoes for dance are a must!!! 

»Ballet Students must wear a black leotard, pink tights and pink leather ballet slippers (capezio or Blochs). No bedroom slippers will be allowed. Hair must pulled away from face. No jewelry allowed. No ballet skirts allowed in any class unless with teacher's approval

»Jazz and Tap Students may wear any color/style leotard, tights, or unitard. No shorts or shirts allowed. Jazz and tap shoes are required. Hair must be secured in a pony tail and pulled back away from face. No jewelry allowed. No street clothes.

»Play Dance hair must pulled away from face. No jewelry allowed. Ballet skirts and colored leotard are permissible. If student does not have ballet slippers they may take the class barefoot. Socks are not allowed.

»Blaze, Flame, Twinkle, and Sparkle Teams each have their own team color and all have a required team uniform and warm-up suit. It is required that all team members wear their specified warm-up suit and uniform to show support and professional representation of Spring Ridge Dance Center. Rules and regulations are distributed to team members upon acceptance of invitation to join the team.
